Q. Are all the products authentically from Korea?
A. Yes. all of our products are imported from Korea. We will give you a full refund if you receive any product not from Korea.
Q. Does that mean all of your products are made in Korea?
A. No. All of our products are from Korea and Korean brands. But it does not mean that they are made in Korea because some of the brands have factories outside Korea, such as China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Bangladesh. Or some Korean companies manufacture in cooperation with other factories under OEM contracts. But we can guarantee that all of our products are directly purchased from Korea.
Q. How long do I have to wait after I place an order?
A. If you order an in-stock product by noon on a business day, we ship it by 6PM that day.
If you order a pre-order product, it will take 6-10 days before we ship it because we need to place an order with the manufacturer in Korea and it will take time for the product to arrive in Hong Kong. If there is no stock in Korea, it can take longer.
